Promed Training specialise in First Aid Training and run regular courses at our training centre in Colchester, and onsite throughout Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, East Anglia, and London.

With our First Aid Courses in Essex we can help you to ensure that your company meets its's obligation to provide adequate and appropriate First Aid provision for it's workforce under the Health and Safety regulations for First Aid 1981 and approved code of practice. We also offer First Aid Instructor Training and Manual Handling courses including Moving and Handling People in Essex and on site.

All of our First Aid Courses in Essex are open to the General Public. We do not offer a minimum group size to book a course, an individual from the general public, or a company can book on to one of our courses.

We also offer On Site CPR Update Training for Doctors, Dentists and Vets in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and London. We know how difficult it is to get time free to come and Update CPR Skills being a Doctor, Dentist or Vet with a busy practice, so we are happy to offer this at your premises to fit in with your busy schedule.

We have our own fully equipped training centre in Ipswich Road in Colchester, and other Centre's in Bury St Edmunds and Norwich, but we are happy to travel to your company to conduct on site First Aid Training.

We run First Aid Courses in Essex which cover First Aid, Basic Life Support, Automated External Defibrillation, (AED) infection control and Emergency Oxygen administration in many different settings. Our courses teach resuscitation and First Aid skills to business, industry, schools and government departments and the general public or layperson's that respond in emergency situations. Our First Aid Courses have many approvals including the GB and NI Health and Safety Executives for First Aid in the Workplace.
  
Through First Aid International we can offer a range of vocationally related first aid qualifications. These qualifications are QCA accredited and offered under licence with First Aid Qualifications Ltd.
